  We are a one-stop manpower company! A jobs portal, a staffing company and also a software house, all rolled into one! Register with us now we will help you find a job very quickly, be it full-time, part-time or contract.  
 
1. Do I have to pay any fee for registering or when I get a job?  
  Absolutely nothing, not a sen!  
 
2. What does it mean to be on contract?  
  When you sign an employment contract with us for a specific period, it is usually an agreement for you to work for us at our client's site for that said period, renewal upon notice. Very likely you will be reporting to our client but your salary and benefits will be administered by us.  
 
3. What is the advantage of contract?  
  The advantage of being on contract is that you have the opportunity to "get to know" your job and the company first rather than commit to a permanent job and months later decide to quit -not a good record for your resume. Contract can be for long or short term. If you like your current contract you can renew it before the term ends.  
 
4. Can I become a permanent after working on contract for a while?  
  Answer is yes, there are many such proven cases. You can request to be converted to a permanent staff of the client's company. This is usually subject to certain conditions such as your work record and performance.  
 
5. How do I register as a new user?  
  Register by clicking "Submit Resume" button. At the "Register a new account" screen, select a user id of your choice and a password. If the user id has been taken, choose another one.  
 
6. How do I apply for a job?  
  Click any of the jobs in the Vacancies page, a windows pop-up will be displayed showing the requirements in detail. Click the Apply button. This will take you to the login screen. If you're an existing user, login else click "Sign up now" to register yourself as a new user.  
 
7. I am busy and do not have time to register, can I get someone from your company to contact me?  
  YES, at the "Register a new account" page, key in those fields marked mandatory and click save & next button, someone from our office will contact you immediately for an interview. Or you can upload your resume to us.  
 
8. If I am existing user, can I "re-apply" for another position?  
  YES, you can come back and re-apply for any positions and as many times as you like by selecting a position under Job Title and login by clicking the "Apply" button. Once you're in iResume, a message will be displayed to tell you that your application has been sent and someone will be in touch with you shortly thereafter.  
 
9. Can I apply for a position that is not in the list?  
  YES, login and select "Others, please specify" and then fill in the name of the position in the textbox provided under "Position" field. We will inform you once a suitable position that fits your experience and qualification arises.  
 
10. How secure is my resume?  
  Only our administrator has access to your resume and your password is fully encrypted. You can be rest assured that your resume will be kept strictly confidential. In the event that you want your resume removed, just send us a mail and we will delete it from the database, within 24 hours.
