We use this information for maintaining the quality of the service and providing reports for relevant business purposes.
Allstaff will also keeps track of the pages our users visit within Allstaff, for business and security purposes. We may use this data to deliver advertising to users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Allstaff provide registration and sign-in services. If you create a Allstaff account, the registration information you provide is stored by us in our Allstaff database.
3. Information Usage & Disclosure
At Allstaff we respect your privacy. Any personal information that we collect about you will be used and disclosed by us so that we can provide you with the services that you have requested. In addition, we may use personal information about you (including but not limited to the information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the site) to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and help maintain safe trading on our site.
Please be assured we will not disclose information about you unless the disclosure is required or authorised by law, you have consented to our disclosing the information about you, or for another purpose (related to the primary purpose of collecting that information) that you would reasonably expect.

4. Accessing, Reviewing & Changing Personal Information

You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name and password, including fees. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Allstaff account password to any third parties. However, if you choose to share your user name and password or your information with third parties to provide you additional services, you agree that you are responsible for all actions taken with your user name and password. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.
In most cases you may have access to personal information that we hold about you. However, in certain cases, we may refuse to give you access to personal information we hold about you due to several reasons. These reasons include, but are not limited to, circumstances where giving you access would be unlawful; have an unreasonable impact on other people's privacy; prejudice an investigation of unlawful activity. We will also refuse access where the personal information relates to existing or anticipated legal proceedings, and the information would not be accessible by the process of discovery in those proceedings. If we refuse to give you access we will provide you with reasons for our refusal.
5. Information Disposal
Upon your request, we will deactivate your account and contact information from our active databases. To make this request, email us or call us through the Contact Us page and we will endeavour to deactivate this information as soon as reasonably possible.
We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as troubleshoot problems and to comply with legal requirements. Furthermore, such information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical constraints and the fact that we back up our systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests. However, such information will be deactivated from public viewing and usage by other members of Allstaff and will only be available to select Allstaff personnel.
